«Worst vacation experience I've ever had! We could not contact the host for an entry code, and were stuck three hours from home with no place to stay. We had booked and paid for our accomodations 3 months previous so there wouldn't be any issues. «Pros: clean, quick communication with host, early check in allowed, great location for hockey tournament, easy settled in to relax and rest between games Improvements: another side table in the living room would be helpful, tv mounted to high to watch comfortably from couch, more charging ports beside beds , murphy bed mention os actually a cot( thankfully we did not require this) Overall enjoyed our stay. »

«Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Overall the hotel is fine. The biggest thing was that there was water damage and mold all around the shower head in our room. We notified them so hopefully they fix it. The other issue is totally personal but I found the bed to be way too soft which caused some significant back discomfort. Again this is a personal thing so if you like soft beds this place is for you.»
