«This property is completely unsanitary. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you’re met with old mattresses stacked against the wall and clutter everywhere. I was first assigned Room 117, and the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty odor. When I checked the bedsheets, they were filthy—covered in stains and small bugs. «Beautiful home! Dawn responded promptly when we had questions. We were very happy with all the little extras she left for us - beach chairs set out, coffee options, a few games for the kids (it rained!) The lake view was lovely - wish we could have stayed longer. »

«We loved this spot! The farmhouse was clean, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The beds were nice and comfortable which is a huge thing for us and there was plenty of room for our group. They had game systems, books, board games, blocks, etc which would be really great for families and it was easy access to Gainesville.»
