«The room was not suitable but we were promptly swapped to a better room and the rest of our stay was great. I would suggest before staying in room 405 ensure the curtains have been replaced and the carpets aren't dusty.
Host was friendly and accommodating. Due to the prompt swap and pverall value I would give it 5 stars.»

«Close to the shops and bus/tram stations.
The unit needed a good clean and make over.
Microwave was dirty and covered with splattered food.
Coffee cups were dirty with coffee rings on the inside, cutlery was dirty, we had to wash everything before we used it.
Bathroom top bench was dirty, paint all chipping off, shower over bath sprayed water all over the floor.
TV didn't work, emailed management about this and anoher issue and did not get a reply. No wifi.
Dust all over the chair legs and ...
