«Mooi appartement»

«The property is in a lovely location but communication from the staff prior and during the stay was poor. Check-in was also very poorly done and communicated. We communicated that we would be arriving for late check-in a week prior to our stay multiple times via email and phone call with no clear communication back. Upon arrival they couldn’t locate our reservation and then we had to have the property security to get us the keys to our accommodation. It appears to be a systemic issue.»

«Tolles Wetter und jede Menge Tulpen im Keukenhof. Super zentrale Lage und sehr schöne Unterkunft. Super nette Begrüßung und alles ohne Probleme.»

« The house was functional. There was no soap except for a tiny bottle to wash a dish or two and a small amount of dishwasher soap. There was about a third of a roll of toilet paper and no tissue. They didn’t provide any more toilet paper. There was only one working washing machine and two dryers for ten euros. WOW! We were told to remove the sheets and towels, take out the trash and sweep the floors before leaving. REALLY!»

«Bra plassering, fine rom , stille og rolig og god frokost.»

«We have stayed at several hotels in Amsterdam during the last years, and this hotel have been our favorite for the last 3 trips. The hotel has a convenient location at Sloterdjik station. It is only a 6 minute train ride to Amsterdam Centraal, and a 15 minute ride to Shiphol airport. Trains are very frequent. The hotel rooms are spacious and equipped with basic cutlery. Unlike many hotels in the area this hotel isn’t super expensive, and gives you value for many…..but there are quite a few ...

«It was a pleasant stay, close to the dunes, beach, and city center, depending on which way you walk.»
