«It was a bit of a walk to the hotel but the hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the floor I stayed " floor 9" on was quiet. The price was good only like $89 a night. The bed was soft and pillows even softer. The bathroom had a decent sized walk in shower, good hot water and good pressure. I ate at the pizza place they have and it was good. Overall I am happy with my experance and will stay there in the future.»

«It was a nice spacious room, and good area. But the door was damaged when we checked in, had two bugs in the bathtub and the corner piece of the wall was falling apart other than those issues, bedroom was clean, breakfast was amazing! and loved the pool hours!»

«This was an amazing place to stay! Clean and immaculate rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean. They had DIRECTV for service for watching TV. Their breakfast service was decent and delicious. The staff was attentive and took care of anything we needed. This is a great place to stay quite comfortable. I will be staying there again if I come back.»

«The location is a perfect for Restaurants,Shopping and easy access to downtown Waterloo.Waterpark is a 10 minute drive. This is our second year in a row at this property and will stay next year. Only complaint is both years the parking is under construction. «Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. There was a tear in the wallpaper in our bathroom and a chip in the tub. When we tried to check in at the front desk, nobody was there, simply a sign saying someone would eventually return. «This hotel is an older hotel without many updates. The only thing that was not satisfactory to me was the cleanliness of the jacuzzi tub. Probably old and just time of use. But overall, this hotel suited my needs, room was clean, convenient for where i needed to be, felt safe and the staf was awesome! My stay was great and if I need to stay in the area again, i will definitely be back. Thank you for a clean and great nights rest. »
