«I did not stay at this property due to a double booking. I stayed at a nearby house that needs to be cleaned better, specially the floors, a shower curtain needs to be added to the beautiful update in bathroom, some plates woukd be nice. House rules and check in, check out procedures, places to visit and eat nearby would have been helpful to have posted at the house. Overall was a decent place to stay, quiet neighborhood. I would at least consider staying again.»

«Location is convenient to shops and Cumberland Gap Park. The owner was quick to remedy a problem with the air conditioner. The house does have the amount of beds to sleep the listed amount of guests. The place would benefit from having enough bath towels for the number of guests it can accommodate. I took my own towels after reviewing a previous post. Extra toilet paper and plenty of hand soap in bathrooms would be nice as well. The other recommendation would be more chairs to eat at a table ...

«The house was clean (spotless) and everything was as advertised and welcoming. The 3-bedroom was plenty for my family and the beds were comfortable. John was easy to communicate with as well. We just stayed the night this time but if needed we'll definitely consider renting from him again.»
