«My daughter and I interacted with 3 different staff members. Each was pleasant. This hotel has been in the area for quite a number of years. Some of their basic rooms border the main street and exit out an alley, with the rest of their property being further back. The basic rooms consist of a bedroom setup with 2 Queen beds, a mini fridge, microwave, TV, mirror, and 3 bedside stands, (no dresser). The 2nd part is a fairly large bathroom with a comfy bath/shower set up, some storage, and ...

«There was a mistake with the deluxe cabin listing I booked. The KOA owner Andie, and manager staff made it all right. It's a great, beautiful location. If we return, we will most likely book on the KOA site and reserve a Deluxe cabin, (choose numbers 1-5) that is fully furnished with bedding, a kitchen and a fireplace experience with a great view. If you book through Expedia, just make sure you know if it's furnished or if you need to bring your own bedding and towels.»

«In my opinion the room was smaller than I expected, also is a central air, meaning it gets hot in the room w almost no AC, then We opened the window and helped. I wish there was hooks by the door to hang coat and jacket. Also an extra small table would be helpful to put stuff on it. But besides this we had a great time, we enjoyed the hot tub, the bed was very comfy.»

«I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.»

«There was no evidence of ANY updates to anything...the hallway and in room carpeting is torn, stained and dated coloring. The room had a terrible smell, the A/C unit was loud and clunky, walls paper thin and the locking mechanism for the door subpar. Surprisingly, the continental breakfast included was decent, not amazing but given everything else it was better than expected.»

«The free breakfast delivered to the room at 11 was good especially since we wanted to sleep in and check out was at 1200. The room was cute, but not very assessable for those with any issues. The bathtub in the room that we stayed in was a very large step or climb down. The bed was small and up against the wall which made it difficult for the person sleeping next to the wall to get up during the night. The staff were very nice and helpful. »
