«Location is great for experiencing the town of Lava Hot Springs. Picture a backcountry hotel merged with staying at grandma's, that's the feel. Very cozy. Staff was very kind. I arrived very late and had to call a couple of phone numbers to get checked in but still pretty efficient as long as you've got a cell phone. The pool took a second to find, even though a map was provided, but I suppose that's to keep people who aren't guests from knowing about it too easily.»

«It was beautiful walking down next to the little river that flowed by the resort. We sat at a picnic table. It was so relaxing. We enjoyed the trains going by and spent a few hours up at the Hot Springs. The room was perfect.»

«This was a 5 star glamping experience. The deck overlooking the river was amazing. I could relax on that deck all evening after floating the river. Location was perfect for the top of the river and the hot pools. Loved it!»

This time I was travelling alone, and it was no different - no issues, everything worked, got a good shower, easy in, and easy out! We will return! »

«In my opinion the room was smaller than I expected, also is a central air, meaning it gets hot in the room w almost no AC, then We opened the window and helped. I wish there was hooks by the door to hang coat and jacket. Also an extra small table would be helpful to put stuff on it. But besides this we had a great time, we enjoyed the hot tub, the bed was very comfy.»

«We had a suite for a little extra space and we enjoyed it. The young staff on the front desk was excellent. The free breakfast was good, I'd say above average. The staff who managed the kitchen and serving area for the breakfast was great, more than helpful. Have already booked our next stay!»

«I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.»

«The free breakfast delivered to the room at 11 was good especially since we wanted to sleep in and check out was at 1200. The room was cute, but not very assessable for those with any issues. The bathtub in the room that we stayed in was a very large step or climb down. The bed was small and up against the wall which made it difficult for the person sleeping next to the wall to get up during the night. The staff were very nice and helpful. »
