«Trevligt hotell helt okej men städningen kunde varit bättre. Plus för tvättstugan men torktumlaren ville inte samarbeta men den tillmötesgående personalen lät oss torka våra fuktiga kläder i deras tumlare guld värt att slippa resa med massa blöta kläder så stort plus p det. De annonserades om frukost på hemsidan men ingen erbjuds på hotellet. »

«Great place, very clean and the view was beautiful. Only downside was they only had 3 handicap spots and the paid parking was a very long walk. They had valet but we like to do it ourselves. They didn’t have enough bag carts and wanted to put you on a waiting list to get one. Also, only had elevators at one end of the resort and it was a very long walk to the gulf view rooms.»

«Hotel was great! Only complaint I have was the breakfast staff. They were overwhelmed and needed more help. We ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. Coffee shop was very cute, and great food, but also overwhelmed at the counter. In their defense it was Memorial Day weekend. Other wise it was a great place to stay!»

«The employees were great! The balconies are dingy and in need of some love. That goes for the pool as well. I didn’t feel comfortable letting my child swim in it. Also needs some umbrellas to allow some shade. The room itself was clean.»

«Staff is always so courteous. Jim worked the front desk at nights and he was very nice and helpful. There was a couple arguing in the hallway outside our door and he immediately came up and handled the situation. The breakfast is always great and plentiful. I always recommend holiday inn express. You always know you will have a great stay.»
