«The window blinds, toilet and tv remote didn’t work. On the 4th day I tried to use the microwave and there was a dried up muffin in there-from the last guest. The front desk militant lady was rude. There were giant cockroaches running around in the middle of the night… I trapped under coffee cups.»

«No one cleaned rooms. I had to go to desk to get tissue, extra blankets, and any thing else I needed. Breakfast was ALWAYS packed away 30 to 45 minutes before ending time. I've been coming there for years renting 2bor more rooms each time. Marriott is really starting to fail me. I'm sure you're not going to care, because you've already got paid.»

«We had the absolute best time staying at this lake house on Lake Sinclair! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home.
