«The front door was locked with a note that said, will be back at 6:00 PM. That was at 1:30 the day of a funeral I needed to be at , at 2:00. I wanted to shower and get dressed by 2:00. I had to change outside in a parking lot behind a dumpster down the road. When I called to cancel my reservation the guy gave me a bunch of SH@T about I signed the agreement , and check-in was not till 2:00.
