«Friendly staff
Great mini fridge/freezer
K-coffee
Very clean with nice bedding
Vinyl plank type flooring (no nasty old carpet)
Smaller than it appears from booking info pictures, very tiny room. Crowded for two people with suitcases and food/bevvies.
Road noise very loud so either bring earplugs or a white noise machine.
All in all, would recommend - very good value for the price.»

«The cottage looks nice in photos and they do keep it as clean as they can; however, it is very rundown. We were bothered by the strong smell of fabric softener (gives us migraines) and mildew. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom narrow and dark, and overall, we just had “the creeps” the whole time. So much so that we left early. Honestly, we expected more for the price. You can find better options in the area for what we paid.»

«We paid for two nights but left early the second day. Just for clarity, this is probably a 1970’s single wide trailer with a window unit. I was expecting a house on the beach. The 100 feet of beach is across the street with private beach signs on both sides blocking you from exploring. You get what you pay for. I should have read other reviews before booking.»

Everything is very conveniently located you can walk to most places in Ashland right from the place. The apartment is pretty basic with kitchen items, but enough to do what you need to do.
