Uaktuelt for senere. »

«The hotel has a free shuttle from the train station. Easy access from the hotel to the adjacent onsen. The hotel has three restaurants. The buffet dinner is seriously expensive, but the Italian restaurant is worth visiting. »

«This is our second stay at this ryokan and onsen. We booked a tatami room for 5 people and it was a comfortable stay, though a bit cramped. If you want a private onsen, get there early because they were all booked by the time we arrived for check-in at 3pm. We did manage to book the private onsen for early the next morning. The public onsens were also very relaxing and easy to use. The kaiseki meals were amazing and they gave us a private room for dining. It's about a 10 minute walk from the ...

«Everything was great , besides the shower was very cold and the water pressure wasn’t good , besides that everything was great great great»

«The room was great. Bathtubs were clean and wonderful. The breakfast was amazing. The spa should be booked in advance.»

«Roof top Fuji view is great. Kimono offering and public bath is wonderful. Has some difficulty to find out about transportation nearby. Lack of clear information. Hotel shuttle has no other stops. Made it difficult to get around the areas other than calling uber. Food are good but do not know what is on the menu. Overall very good experience»

«Disappointing decline in standards since 2022 We first stayed at Konansou in 2022 for our honeymoon, and it was the one ryokan we most wanted to revisit in Japan. Unfortunately, standards have noticeably declined. Check-in was friendly, with several staff greeting us. Dinner was still enjoyable, although slightly below our previous experience, possibly due to seasonal produce. Breakfast was far more disappointing, with noticeably poorer quality and fewer options. The communal onsen also ...

«The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, the view was exactly what I wanted from my room, the communal spaces were very comfortable and clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and understood English, the baths were hot like I wanted and super super clean, and the nearby food was so good! I would love to go back!!!»
