«Beautiful property. Staff in restaurant in spa were lovely. Bar lady in hotel was miserable. Front of house staff could have been more friendly. Could be an amazing experience. Management needs to work on the staffs front of house skills.»

«Advertised as an apartment with breakfast included. But in reality is a chalet bedroom and ensuite. Breakfast was 2 mini yogurts in the fridge, a couple of tiny croissants and cereals. Beverages are DIY. Check in is via a member of staff behind the bar in the pub. Unresponsive to phone calls with the number provided prior to the stay where I attempted to know if there was possibility of an earlier check-in but since not being able to get through I had to check-in at the standard 3pm.

«Took a daytrip to London. Found this gem about 1 1/2 hour drive by car. Made a last minute reservation as I was looking for some where close to the Folkestone LeShuttle transport back to France. Very cute bed & breakfast. Room appeared to be renovated. Perfectly clean & comfy with private bath. We were a little chilly as there isn't an in room temp control that we could find, but all the more reason to snuggle. Electric tea kettle was nice touch. Restaurant closed before we arrived but the bar ...

«Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out.
The hotel is located in a industrial area
Bathroom was worn but not the worst.
The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free.
Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point.»

8/10 Bra
et utmerket hotel med gode rom. Savnet sittemuligheter på rommet. Sofaen som var der var sjarmerende antik, men ubrukelig til å sitte. Service og mat var utmerket. Trivelig og oppmerksom stab.
