«This trip could’ve been a lot better! But communication was not there at all. I missed my flight and call the hotel to check me in cause I was coming in the next day instead. Not only when I arrived around 12, the room wasn’t ready! The front desk took my number and told me she will call me once the room is ready! We drove around town until 4pm and never got a text! So I had to go in and ask about the room, then she proceeded to check us in. We almost missed our spa appointment and they still ...

«Appartement ne correspondant pas aux photos de l'annonce. Pas propre du tout, poussière, saleté, sol de la douche répugnant, cafards dans la salle de bain et chambre à coucher. En arrivant, le sol était sale, on voit que le ménage est bâclé. Mais surtout, l'appartement n'est pas entretenu. Plus jamais! Seul avantage, le site de la résidence est agréable. Belle piscine et jolie espace barbecue. »

«Our 8-night stay at Cariñas Studio Apartments in Noord, Aruba was simply delightful. Perfectly located, we enjoyed a tranquil setting, mere blocks from high-rise hotels and stunning beaches. Each destination was just a 10-15 min walk, adding to our laid-back island experience. The bungalow was a haven of comfort, with unexpected perks like beach gear, cooler bags, and beach chairs that enriched our seaside outings. We appreciated the air conditioning in the heat, making our stay cozy and ...

Divi Aruba All Inclusive

10/10 Utmerket

"Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are a little dated and could use some updating, but they were comfortable, with a lovely outdoor area, great beds and surprisingly soft and comfortable bedding 朗 The air conditioning started leaking on the day I arrived, but what impressed me was how proactively the hotel handled it. I didn’t have to complain or ask to be moved – they offered me a new room themselves and arranged everything for the following day. For me, that says a lot about the level of service. The resort is large, with golf carts regularly running between the different areas, making it easy to try the various restaurants. There were several pools, beach access and occasional activities such as water aerobics and volleyball. Breakfast had a great selection, and there were several restaurants to choose from. The Mexican was probably my favourite, and the themed dinner buffets were also very good with plenty of variety. Most importantly, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. I regularly saw returning guests happily greeting staff they clearly knew from previous stays, which says a lot. The resort app was also very useful, with information, a map and restaurant bookings. Despite the rooms being a little dated, I had a very positive experience and would happily stay again ☺️"

Radisson Blu Aruba

"A great stay. Nice staff and such a lovely gesture with a bottle of bubbles/prosecco in the fridge when I got there. I was also upgraded to a better room when checking in. Had a fantastic experience but would argue it would be worth spending a bit more for one of the resorts on the beach."

Embassy Suites By Hilton Aruba Beach Resort

10/10 Utmerket

"Clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast and nice pool area. The hotel beach is quite small and rocky, so we ended up taking the scooters to Eagle beach (beautiful!) and rented an umbrella and lounge chairs there for about 50 USD on our beach days. Worked out well for us!"
