«Excellent place to stay. We had a one-bedroom condo and it was quite roomy and had plenty of amenities. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in the Pagosa springs area»

«Very nice but you can hear all the trucks along the roadway going by.»

«John was so helpful and friendly! We'd stay here again just because he was so welcoming. On a totally different note, the shower gets HOT!»

«The hotel rooms were very comfortable and very spacious. The hotel pool is very nice»

«Great stay in Pagosa Springs. I would stay again! Walkable location for great good. Clean and high quality!»

«The pond on the property was delightful, unfortunately my one night stay was disrupted by a rude neighbor . In hindsight should’ve asked to be moved»

«We loved the property and all it had to offer! We really enjoyed watching the geese and deer from our balcony each morning.»

«The cabin was beautiful! Had enough room and it was very clean. Very easy access to the lake. Communication with host was easy and fast. Will definitely stay again.»
