«Second time staying here. We were here for Memorial weekend, the rooms were clean, a/c worked great. Staff was friendly, exterior was clean. Pool was nice and kept up. It rained this weekend so the pool had some debris but nothing major. Water was cold. We normally grill so that's a plus to have grills in the pool area. Overall great experience. Breakfast on the other hand was not good, very basic, more like just a continental breakfast. We just went to Whataburger instead. I would definitely ...

«Our room was very dirty. The bathroom toilet had rust on it. The pull out bed, which I paid $30 extra for was hidden with a sofa cover because the coach was very old and dirty. When we pulled out the bed. It was covered in mold. The mattress had a large blood stain covered in mold. We complained as my adult daughter had nowhere to sleep. They brought her another stained mattress and covered it with a mattress pad. We found a cockroach the size of a finger next to her bed. I asked ...

«This was my second stay…and my LAST! These guys tried to charge me $20/ per room to check in2 hours early 2 rooms they said were ready. When I refused and came back in 2 hours, they claimed the rooms were not ready. We had to wait another hour. There are other and better hotels in the same price range. This one sucked.»

«The room was very dirty the pull out bed was full of dirt and black stuff on the bed dirty floors and roaches coming out the too. Poorly cleaned»

«There was an issue or something when i checked in, since apparently my room was not marked as occupied. Another customer as well as an employee tried to open my room twice while we were in there. Also, somebody went in while we were away, since we noticed some things missing.»

«My family of 3 (4yr old) had a great time here! Staff was wonderful, food was good, pool was clean, views were amazing! We saw dolphins from our room. Will definitely be coming back.»

«Hot tubs been broken for months, lots of Gnats in our room. But overall, Staff was nice, shower was hot. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning was noisy. You can tell if someone is staying above you. Not bad for the price, we would stay again.»
