«My husband and I stayed for three nights at Longacre. The owner is very kind. The house is spacious, but I did find it to be a little dated. We stayed in the manor room which was very big but seems like it was decorated from the early 90s. Also, there was no option to lower the temperature in the room, so I had to use a fan from the closet to try to cool the room down. The grounds behind the house are beautiful and peaceful.»

«This is such a unique and beautiful property! You will enjoy the majestic views with your morning coffee.! The sunsets are spectacular! Close to Lynchburg, Bedford, historic sites in Appomattox and lots of great hikes! Perfect for an event or wedding as well! We just stayed for graduation weekend but now we know of a beautiful event location for the future! Beds are so comfortable! Kitchen well equipped! Host is so responsive and kind! 10/10 recommend!»

«Very pleased with the home. It was well stocked, clean and in a good location. Really enjoyed the front porch and games. Would definitely recommend to others.Working with VRBO and Evolve was stressful and very time consuming. They ran our credit card 3 times and it took almost 4 hours and multiple calls to get it resolved. Extremely frustrating-but that was not the owner’s fault.»
