«The cabin was not clean, there was food left in the refrigerator and used coffee grounds left in the coffee machine, the freezer was dirty and the floors were dirty as well, The garbage pail was not clean. The downtown offered no breakfast locations, or restaurants, only a bar across the street. Overall, we will not be staying at this location in the future.»

«This property really was home away from home. They provided everything you would need for a great vacation. Randy wasn't kidding when he said to pack light. Bring your food and enjoy. Very close to the boat ramps at rathbun lake. The only issue we had was the parking is tight with a boat and 2 vehicles. We made it work. Very nice place and we will surely be back.»
