«I was really disappointed to learn this was considered a five star hotel. The room was nice enough but the cold water did not work (only hot water). The USB chargers also did not work. The coffee shop was only open 10am-7pm so I was unable to get coffee before starting the days adventure. »

«The lobby, restaurants, pools, and water park are excelent. However, the guest room had many issues. Bathroom: No where to place soap in shower so have to hold in your hand or drop to the floor. They put no cup or glass to hold toothbrushes. When we arrived there was no shampoo and had to wait for them to bring some. They offer a coffee machine that is not plugged in and does not even have an electric outlet nearby. There is no coffee, cream or sugar in the room or even a coffee mug or cup ...

«Det første rommet jeg fikk var ikke i henhold til bestillingen. Der var det også mugg på badet der. Jeg fikk skifte rom uten problem, men standarden er altså varierende fra rom til rom. Rommene er eldre enn det fremstår som på bildene og flere er i behov av oppgradering. Servicenivået er bra og alle er veldig vennlige. God frokost. Litt harde senger.»

«we stayed at this hotel because we were going to visit iguazu falls. We stayed for three nights but two would have been enough. This was a hotel with ok standars in the rooms, but WHAT a noise!!!!! Only one light door between our room and the other room and we could hear EVERYTHING from that room.
