«This was a perfect spot for our family of 7 to stop on our way south for spring break. The farm is beautiful and the animals were adorable. The hosts were just as sweet as could be and made the experience for our kids even better by letting them pitch in and teaching them the animal care. «We rented this space for a family reunion over an extended weekend. The house was clean and well kept. Everything worked well and Cindy was easily accessible when we had a small issue, which she resolved quickly. The lake levels were low when we visited (something to check if it is important to you), but it still provided ample opportunity for skipping rocks with the kids and we had a great family pickleball tournament. We had a great time and would come again if we visit the area.»

«The cabin itself is beautiful and the location on the lake is excellent, with kayaks and swimming supplies provided; however, the condition of the property was extremely disappointing, especially given that we paid nearly 1,000 for a three-night stay. Upon arrival we initially could not access the cabin, though the owner did respond promptly. «This is a neat little hide away just off the main road. The house was clean but the deck furniture needed a good cleaning. There’s a few things that should be fixed in the house but otherwise very enjoyable to stay at. You can walk to the lake from here but we didn’t discover it till we were leaving.»
