«Room was better than I expected. I tend to stay at more upscale places, but none available in this area. Pleasant room; quiet property and fairly attentive hosts. It appears to be an older property, but still has modern amenities. Wi-Fi was a little slow might be my largest complaint.»

«We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful historic home while visiting family in Chanute over Christmas. Very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The huge sectional sofa and many streaming options were much appreciated at the end of each long day. The backyard isn't fenced, which was fine because our dog isn't a runner. We hope to stay here again!»

«Home had a pungent musky smell to it, holes in the floor, big enough for critters to call through, refrigerator was dirty. Did not end up staying there due to the smell and the health risks of mold.»
