«Apartment was modern and very clean. Tried to contact the host about queries but did not get a response. Pool closed when we got there so couldn’t use facilities. Nice and quiet area with bus stop a 5 minute walk away. Overall good»

When addressing this with the reception we were told they had switched it off as it was cold??!! They were unable to switch on and we were told this was nothing to worry about we could always have the balcony door open… yeah right with the red sand problems that would have left us all scared for life.
