«We spent one night. We arrived after 10pm. There was nobody at reception, just a kiosk with which you checked in. It had a screen with which you talked with someone remotely and it printed your room key cards. Interesting tech, but a woeful customer experience. Our room was clean but shabby. I wasn’t comfortable walking around in bare feet on the carpet. Guest amenities like the coffee and tea service were low end budget quality. «Great stay but the hotel was not that great, stayed for 12 days and they never changed sheets or dusted the room poperly. Also they messed up the reservation so got doubled charged. Whashing machine contantly out of service.»
