The location is perfect, however the property and amenities were low quality. While the room was prepared before our check in, nothing felt clean. We disliked the following. The bathrooms which were cramped and very loud throughout the room when the person above you flushes the toilet. The air conditioning was positioned so that the cold air would blow directly onto your face in bed. Not given clear instructions about connecting to the hotel wifi. Only book this room if you actually ONLY need it to store your luggage and sleep and want to be right in the city centre and beside the train station.

Everything about this property is dark and dingy. It gives the impression of being a dump, which it is NOT, but it has an old, rundown feel about it. Rooms are poorly lit and painted throughout in dark blue-gray, just like the carpet. Tub/shower is difficult to access safely; no grab bars anywhere. Public areas are small, cluttered and dark. 15 Euros for breakfast was an insult. Just not an appealing facility at all.

It was just a tired hotel. Staff were friendly enough but I probably wouldn’t stay there again. Would have been worth the extra $400 to stay somewhere nicer, in my opinion.

Great location but a little noisy
Absolutely amazing location for food, drink and exploring Reims, conveniently close to underground parking and all the tourist attractions. Room was great with nice high ceilings and plenty of room for the double and full size single bed (not a converted sofa). Bathroom clean and well equipped. The only downside of this great location is the noise from the street, people having fun at night - even midweek - and deliveries from quite early in the morning. Was better with the balcony door closed but then the room was too hot even in February. Take some earplugs and it's a great hotel.

Une experience mitigée.
Nous avons passé un weekend à l’hôtel Bristol de Reims. L’emplacement est idéal. La chambre était bien décorée et de bonne taille.
Cependant, une forte odeur de moisissure en provenance de la salle de bain nous a dérangé pendant tout le séjour. Samedi soir, à 22h, une coupure d’electricité à notre étage. La seule réaction au bout de 10 minutes à l’accueil a été de nous dire que cela arrivait et qu’il allait juste aller au disjoncteur, sans excuse ni gène. Enfin, une couette très légère pour la saison. Et pour finir, un petit déjeuner plutôt varié mais un accueil déplorable qui nous a donné l’impression de déranger.

La coupure d'électricité que vous mentionnez était générale et a été résolue en 5 minutes suivant l'incident survenu à 22h45. Il est important de noter que nous travaillons avec le même équipe depuis des années, et notre équipe fait tout son possible pour satisfaire les clients. Les commentaires injustes, tels que le vôtre, compromettent tous les efforts que nous déployons pour satisfaire nos clients.

Great location, bustling street outside and inside
Good room, clean and spacious. Our room faced the bustling street and the windows are not sound proof enough, and since we were there over a weekend, there was quite a bit of noise from the street. The hotel has a great location.

Hotel ok, Frühstück geht so.
Parkplätze gibt es keine aber direkt unter dem Hotel gibt es eine Tiefgarage und die Zufahrt ist von der Straße davor super zu erreichen. Einen vergünstigten Tarif gibt es wenn man das Ticket am Tag der Anreise im Voraus bezahlt. Das macht man direkt an dem Automat im Parkhaus. Der mittlere Ausgang liegt auch nur 25 m vomm Hotel entfernt. Das Hotel selbst ist ok aber wir hatten Zimmer 107 und da ist die Aussicht auf ein kleines Hinterhofdach mit 2 Klimaaussengeräten die permanent laufen. Das Geräusch ist noch ok aber der Hinterhof ist so klein, dass kaum frische Luft im Zimmer ankommt und die gegenüber liegenden Fenster das Zimmer erleuchten wenn man die Gardinen nicht vollständig schließt. Das Frühstück ist eher eine 3 minus. Am zweiten Tag nur noch gesalzene Butter, kein Baguette, Kaffee schmeckte etwas merkwürdig, O-Saft und vieles andere einfach nur süß, Rührei für mich nicht genug gegart, statt Haferflocken nur künstliches Cornflakeszeug und aufgefüllt wurde auch nicht. Das Hotel selbst ist ok und auch das Badezimmer mit Dusche war modern und ok.

Mucky experience
Warm welcome. However the hallway and the room was quite dark with no much light on. The worst was some noise coming from the courtyard onto which the window opened. I mentioned it at the reception and I was told that it was supposed to stop at midnight but it seems it stopped later on... i have been lucky not having booked more than one night!!!

Had no issues with the hotel. Room was decent and clean. Comfortable pillows, good amount of towels.
The only thing is we didnt realize is it's on a noisey street with night life.
We stayed on a Thursday and Friday night which were very loud, so im not sure if it's always like that. I know this isnt the hotels fault, but it is something to note.
Front desk was kind and helpful. Location is great for dining, night life and shopping. Parking is very convenient. Just note that the street can be loud at night.

Lovely rooms. Ours had the toilet in a separate room from the shower/tub, which was very convenient so two people could get ready at the same time!

This is a great little hotel right in the heart of the main strip of Reims. Even though we were there on a very busy Saturday night, the room was very quiet. Extremely easy access to everything. They have a parking garage below the hotel that they offer a discounted rate to.

...typisches französisches 3*** Hotel. Musste erstmal nach Handtüchern fragen, da diese wohl vergessen wurden... das Hotel hat Flair...im Herzen von Reims gelegen... 15 min zur Kathedrale... jede Menge Bars und Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung...

Had a great stay at Le Bristol
This was an amazing hotel right in the center of things. So easy to get around in Reims. Parking was fantastic and discounted. Hotel was like brand new. Had a great time here
