FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

1 Bay of the 2 Car Garage is available for the parking of 1 Full Size or smaller Passenger Vehicle
2nd Bay is available for the storage of personal beach items. Has large secondary fridge/freezer, 8 adult beach chairs and 4 kids chairs for rental guest usage.
Driveway Parking
Double-wide Driveway - Accommodate 2 Full or smaller Passenger Vehicle.
Street Parking
Street parking is also permitted as long as driveways are not blocked and cars in driveway do not block sidewalks.
Community parking is also available in the clubhouse parking lot.
Please prioritize the use of the garage and driveway parking over street and clubhouse parking lot.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

The home may have security camera(s) and / or video doorbells installed outside of the living space of the house. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting. Arbor-Lyn: The community has a beautiful new clubhouse and outdoor pool. This community is 4 miles to downtown Rehoboth and Lewes. Near Rte 1: Turn on Rte 1 “Left for Lewes” and “Right for Rehoboth” with ease allowing you to enjoy both beach towns! Both towns offer amazing locally-owned restaurants with something for everyone, Rehoboth is the hub of Delaware's “Culinary Coast”. Take advantage of tax-free shopping at the famous Tanger Outlets or shop the unique local boutiques in downtown Lewes and Rehoboth Beach.
