A stones throw to the beach, this home in the highly coveted beach community of Tower Shores features a private beach which backs up to the state park. This 4 bedroom townhome sleeps 8-10 with 2 Queen beds, 2 twins, bunk beds and a pull out sofa sleeper. Brand new AC system, 3 relaxing decks, and vaulted ceilings, make this home a refuge for beach goers. This home comes with 4 parking spaces, an outdoor shower, wireless internet, google nest mesh WiFi and three flat screen TVs with streaming capability. Newly expanded top deck with beach and bay views! New AC lower level, new microwave 2023!

Safe and friendly beach community is accented by tennis/pickle ball courts, picnic gazebo and playground. Within the community is SoDel's highly rated Matt's Fish Camp restaurant. Bethany boardwalk 3 miles away, Indian River marina 1 mile and Dewey beach, Rehobeth Beach just 7 miles.

Awesome stay!

Had a great visit over the July 4th holiday. Space was extremely clean, well organized, perfectly suited for my family (2 toddlers, 1 7 year old, 4 adults, 2 grandparents). Bunk beds on the 1st floor were a highlight for all the kids. Beds were very comfortable!Entry level had no issues with humidity and had its own air conditioner.Owners were very kind and were available for any questions we had. AWe hope to stay there again!

Fabulous stay, not long enough!

This location and home was the perfect start to the holiday/ Summer kick off! The Location is in walking distance to the private beach.The home has everything you need in the kitchen for cooking, games and books, and items for the beach. Catherine and Dennis are available for any questions regarding their home. They added some special touches that made us feel welcomed.Definitely will stay again.

Relaxing Beach Stay

No need to overpack when staying at this property, and the hosts are very responsive to questions. We loved the privacy and view from the back balconies. It really felt like a home away from home. We will definitely return in the future.

Best place for my family!

This was our 4th year and we continue to be very pleased with this townhouse for our family! Love the location- steps to the beach. Plenty of room for three generations! Nice accommodations- has all we need and clean and comfy! Plan to come back in 2025! Can’t think of a better place.

This place was absolutely beautiful, clean and well stocked. The host family was so friendly and stopped by and introduced himself. We were even able to get in the unit a couple hours early, which meant a lot to my family.

Great location, beach and overall stay

We had a great stay at this house. The pictures online actually sell it short a bit in my opinion, there are decks off the two Queen bedrooms and off the living room area. There are a few sets of steps that can be challenging for toddlers- we had a 2 year old and on the first day went to Walmart and bought a play yard style gate to block the steps - highly recommend this if you have little ones. The nice thing about multiple floors if you can get some space and it’s helpful at nap time/bedtime for the kids. The outdoor shower was also great for the kids after the beach - it’s a true shower stall where you can fully rinse off versus the usual open hose/sprayer. The kitchen has all you need to make meals etc. we had a beach cart with us but the house also has one with toys and chairs. We did not use it but there is also a small backyard area which is lined by trees so on 2 of the decks you get that view and lots of birds in those trees - a nice sound upgrade from busy ocean city highway noise we were used to. The beach is wonderful, everyone we encounter was friendly. This is a great little neighborhood! Short drive to everything .

Hot Fun in the Summer Time

Arrived on a Saturday for an eight day stay. Had only one day of cloudiness with some rain. Enjoyed seven days of sun, fun, ocean and sea air. Visited fun land and the boardwalk. Played Putt Putt and feasted on crabs. Last night ended with Rainbow sherbet. The property was perfect with just a short walk to the beach. It had all the accommodations you needed. The decor was beachy and super comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more What a great vacation!!!

Love Tower Shores

Loved our trip. The location and neighborhood is ideal for family vacation, short walk to the private beach that doesn’t get too crowded, playground, etc. the house was lovely for a trip with our children and parents. Bathrooms really need a significant upgrade, but were very clean and livable. Otherwise the house is absolutely perfect!

Spacious House and Great Location

Our family enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the accommodations inside and out. With 2 decks and a patio there was plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors while on location. Being close to the beach without having to cross streets was necessary since we had young children, so the location was perfect. The younger ones enjoyed the playground and the older ones enjoyed playing pickleball at the adjacent court. Catherine and Dennis were attentive hosts, were very accessible and answered our questions promptly. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

Spacious, surprisingly private, perfectly equipped!

Catherine's home was perfect for our 12th August week in Tower Shores. The room are spacious, many, many decks, backs to the parkland, quick walk onto the sand. The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to have far fewer steps to the 3rd and 4th floors than any other home we've rented in Tower Shores. Instead of an entire story between the top 2 bedrooms, they are cantilevered and easy to access. The home was clean and have everything we needed and then some. We will be back!

Fun at the Beach

Awesome beach rental! Catherine was on top of everything I needed to know about her home. I felt well prepared for a first time stay. We had a young one - 20 months - be prepared for stairs. Great location, playground and pickle ball / tennis courts in great proximity; it was a great little playground for the "littles". Bedroom / bathroom on main level with living room and kitchen was nice in not having to climb additional stairs for grandparent(s). Decks on each level enabled greater privacy. Highly recommended!

Great Townhouse

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful townhouse! Its just steps to the beach and a short drive to restaurants, the boardwalk and Assateague island. The owner was great and easy to commnicate with. We are hoping to revisit next year!

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. The place looked just as advertised. The three levels and three decks allowed for the family to be together yet have privacy as well. The owners are extremely friendly and very easy to reach. Would highly recommend this property.
