«I liked the renovation of the property, it’s definitely much better than before. However, I was disappointed with the customer service from one of the ladies working in the lobby. She was abrupt and rude when we asked for additional towels and assistance.
I also preferred the old happy hour prior to the renovation. They used to serve wine, cheese, and crackers, which felt much more welcoming. Now they only offer beer and a very basic appetizer, plus they limit the number of drinks you can have. ...

«This hotel was dated and the staff was not friendly. We stayed on a wash out of a weekend. One would think the staff would be extra helpful and hospitable given the fact that it was empty and we still came. There are no security features. Anyone can get on any elevator and go right into the guests halls. The hotel charges for everything. ..water, extra people in the room. Definitely not worth the price they charge. I would not stay here again.»
