People were very friendly and accommodating. I called ahead to make sure our room adhered to my accommodating request. The room appeared clean and orderly except for the bathroom sink. It was somewhat clogged... The water would rise while running the faucet. I would need to wait 5 minutes for the water to go down the drain. The bed was perfect... I wish they had a clock in the room. However, I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke... Walking through the Casino was very hard to breath... I was wondering if Casinos had a non-smoking area where you didn't have to walk it. If so, I am sure it would attract more clients. I would rate this at a 4 out of 5 stars.

It is a smoking casino so the cigarette smell lingers throughout the whole property!

The staff is very helpful. When I made the reservation the only room available was a King bed room. We were visiting our son and he was going to be staying with us during our visit so I asked if I could get a rollaway bed. I received an email the next day saying they could give me a room with two queen beds at the same rate. I was very happy for that since it would be more comfortable for our son. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was quiet and clean. The onsite restaurant was good, I even had a drink and a little fun in the casino! We will stay again when we head this way!

Nice stay on our travel from Palm Springs to Seattle. A little out of the way but we wanted to gamble and stay. Casino staff were all nice and courteous.

Smaller casino/hotel but it’s a good value. Rooms are basic but clean which is a plus. The casino was pretty smoky. Dinner at the restaurant was pretty good.

Always love staying at Win River when traveling to Redding, the hotel has many amenities, the only draw back is the cigarette smoke in the casino. But the hotel is clean the employees are very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. All of the staff I interacted with was kind. The room was a nice room. I really enjoyed it. Especially the bathtub. Some things I did not love was some of the people that hang out around the hotel. Some come off a bit creepy and leave an unsettling feeling. The room I was assigned to was still being cleaned when I got to it. I didn't mind waiting though. I did not like the products the use to clean. It is a very strong fragrance smell that is overpowering. I didn't notice until after that smell went away, but the room had smelt like someone peed in it. It was the next day and I wasn't in the mood to change room or else I was have ask because it was gross. Other than those complains, they keep the hotel very clean. I like that there was a spa in the building. I like the gym. All of the staff I interacted with was great. And I liked that there was a hot tub to use at night. Even though I didn't end up using it. I think it is a pretty good place. I am not sure that I will stay again mostly because of the fragrance smells and creepy people. But overall, it's a pretty good place.

The employees connected with both the casino and hotel, were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was only tolerable and the water in the shower was barely warm, but the room was nice and the bed was comfortable and quiet.
