Perched on 1.5 scenic acres just minutes from Whiskeytown Lake and Downtown Redding, this premier wellness-focused escape was curated for unforgettable connection, relaxation, and adventure.

Accommodating up to 8 adults and 4 children (per City vacation rental licensing), it’s a place where friends and families of all ages can relax, play, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

🌅 Dusk Dreamscape (King Primary Suite & Queen sleeper + Private Workstation)

Dusk Dreamscape is a serene primary retreat designed for deep rest and renewal. A custom floor-to-ceiling mural captures the magic of a Northern California sunset, bringing the beauty of the surrounding landscape indoors. Thoughtfully appointed with luxurious comforts, accent lighting, calming textures, and elevated finishes, this suite offers a peaceful sanctuary after a day of adventure and connection. The suite`s private workstation pairs sophisticated design with practical comfort featuring a stylish desk, ergonomic seating, and dedicated task lighting.

⛰️ Summit Suite (King Bedroom w/ reading nook & credenza)

Summit Suite pays homage to the nearby Trinity Alps, Shasta Ballys, and Mount Shasta. Designed with comfort and functionality in mind, this spacious king bedroom features a comfortable swivel reading chair, ample storage, and a sophisticated mountain-modern aesthetic.

Featuring custom designed queen-over-queen bunk beds, this room is ideal for children, teens and adult guests. A private, quiet workspace with spacious desk, ergonomic seating and task lighting allow this room to function as a dedicated office for guests looking to comfortably work remotely.

Things to Know:

• The pool is seasonal May - October and is heated naturally by the warm Redding sun (not equipment). Pool temperature levels will vary with seasonal patterns and/or weather trends

• The pool is serviced twice weekly, and the front and back yards once weekly. Maintenance personnel enter the backyard directly for this purpose

• The top, Queen bunk bed in Bedroom 4 is suitable only for kids over 6 and weighing less than 150 pounds

• Must be at least 25 years old to book, photo-ID required. Guests must successfully complete an independent verification at least 24 hours prior to their stay in order to fully confirm their reservation

• In accordance with the City of Redding`s vacation rental regulation, maximum occupancy for the home is 8 adults at all times (plus up to 4 children under the age of 18). Any guest groups in violation of this licensing requirement will be required to vacate immediately without refund. Business License #49513

• The home is located in a very peaceful & quiet residential neighborhood. Please help us be great neighbors by observing the City`s Quiet Hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am, during which outdoor activities are not allowed (per City licensing requirements). Any guest groups engaging in loud, raucous or inconsiderate behavior at any time will be required to vacate immediately without refund

• Street parking is strictly prohibited under the City`s vacation rental regulations. Please park cars and trucks in the garage (3 spaces) and/or driveway (up to 4 spaces)

• Boat and trailer parking is permitted inside the double-gate area only (per City vacation rental regulation). Sunset Vista Escape cannot accommodate RV`s due to vertical height limitations

• The home is equipped with basic cable TV service or you can access your own streaming accounts through the smart TV`s

• We are required by the City of Redding to charge 12% in transient occupancy & tourism marketing taxes. TOT Acct. #180225
