Hallways had a very bad odor. Carpet in the room looked like a crime scene. The TV in the room was a crime. Used soap and lotion in the sink area. Got what I paid for!

Do not stay at this property. Where to start? 1. Not recommended if you’re travelling with a family. 2. Appears to be more of a long-term rental, then a hotel. 3. The room was Not clean The bathtub had a stain on it that appeared to be old. 4. The room had an odd smell to it, That made me want to gag. My wife and I are well traveled, and we both agreed that we would not spend the night in this hotel. It did not live up to the comfort Inn brand. Note that we left this hotel after spending less than half an hour in this location. My kids, wife and I did not feel safe and wanted to leave. We book the night at a near by Holiday Inn. They did say they were aware of the hotel.

We stayed in a king room and the room was super clean, very large and a great value for how spacious it was. The breakfast was super tasty and the staff hustled to keep the breakfast area stocked and clean. We will stay again in the future.

easy to find from I-5. The property was clean, with an facility issue that needs to be resolved - 3 nails in the floor in front of the sink. Otherwise, a nice place to stop for the night.

The exterior esthetics were absolutely wonderful and fit in with other popular establishments in the area. The Continental Breakfast was superb, prepared excellently and the bacon was thin enough to be eatable for denture wearers. The rooms were filthy dirty! the carpets were badly soiled and sticky, not vacuumed, particularly trash was left between the beds under the night stand. The sofa was sooo stained and filthy. There was a phone, however, no connection. The tiled areas were not mopped. The bathroom tile was not clean. There was feces at the base of the toilet and appeared to be on the door as well. The bath had been recently repaired, however, you could smell sewer. The bath tub was not cleaned, the stopper was on the rim of the tube. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER! The manager was rude and did not have the authority to have maid service (empty trash, replace towels, and make beds) without approval of someone higher up telling me there was a sign that stated one must request service, of which I did upon leaving my room early morning, however, the maid forgot. Staying at that Comfort Inn was the worst hotel/motel experience I have ever had. There was also not ample parking for large vehicles.

Overall the property and stay was good. The room needed some TLC and the bathroom needs work, paint/patch, etc. The shower water set all the way hot was just warm enough to take a good shower. The price was awesome and really appreciated the good deal. Oh breakfast was great with plenty of choices.

The place was dirty and the pool/hot tub is "seasonal". Apparently, spring is not a good time of year to sit in a hot tub? The breakfast was not great and overall I just wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Bed was mediocre, squeaked when move around, and nit super comfortable. Stains all over the couch, blanket for the couch was gross so used our own. Like like recent paint, but rusted fixture at shower, stains on wall. The refrigerator was totally frosted over and cycled all night… canceled our stay here on the way back through and got something else

I was very disappointed in the property. The room was not as describe. It was dirty and the people staying before us had left their food in the mini fridge provided meaning the staff didn’t clean the room. The bathroom was not clean and there was a wrapper in the toilet. The TV was smaller than advertised. It was overall a disappointment staying there. The only good thing was possible the staff since they were nice. Other than that, there was nothing else that was even remotely “comfortable” about this Comfort Inn. Truly disappointed.

Paid for a room with a bed and pull out couch, 1st room no couch then upgraded (supposedly) to a better room and when I pulled out the bed (on the couch) there was a pillow stuffed under it with a dirty pillowcase on it and there were dirty sheets on the mattress still..We were also there from Sunday to Wednesday and not once did housekeeping see if we needed clean towels or toilet paper (I had to find them to get more tp) and they never cleaned the room or asked even if we wanted them to.

The staff was amazing. They heard me say that my daughter was on crutches and switched us to a accessible room which made things so much easier. The only thing I would say is the shower is not really accessible as it does not have a removable shower head so the water does not reach the bench.

The staff gave us a very quiet room. We had a fridge and microwave which we did not have and needed the night before.

I have stayed here many times. This over night was terrible. We arrived around 10:30 pm. There were kids running up and down the hall knocking on doors. Women laughing and talking in the hall across from our room (215) until after 12:30. I finally got up and told them to stop. I think they are related to the owner. This was terrible to pay well over 100.00 for a few hours sleep and then the hotel allows this kind of disrespectful people to run the halls that time of night.

I really expcted more for a Comfort Inn. The hotel needs a facelift. The price is not what you get in my opinion.
