Riverbend #1 E - Efficiency on the River

This efficiency townhouse is connected to Riverbend 1A and can be rented together oor separately. The townhouse sits on the river with beautiful views of the mountain. The open concept room includes a full kitchen, a king size bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower. Snuggle up to the wood-burning fireplace in the morning or at night and enjoy the river views out of the front window. Scroll your social media, download your pictures that you've taken during your stay or watch a movie on the smart tv using the high speed wifi. Throw a meal into the crock pot in the fully stocked kitchen before you go out and enjoy the mountain activities that Red River has to offer.

The Riverbends are 5-6 blocks from the main ski area and are also on the route of the Red River Miner trolley. No washer/dryer, no trailer parking, and no pets.

All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay. **Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring/summer of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control.
