I made reservations for two "Standard Apartment (Smart Piscina)" rooms for my family (5 people). At check in they provided what it looked like regular documents with several parragraphs in three languages and they made me sign a couple of them in portuguese as check in staff didnt speak other language so I believed was not an issue having myself stayed in different countries and hotels where had faced the same situation (never had a problem). In the process it was never explained anything related to their right (?) to change my room at their will nor was provided any specific date of any potential room change. A couple of days after when we where about to leave the hotel in a taxi to go to the closest town because we had a tourist trip reservation to a nearby beach, I realized I had a lost phone call through whatsapp (at 11am) from an unknown number. Thats where the nightmare began. They told me that I had to leave my room inmediatley because the "shared time owner" had arrived (?). I replied that I was never told about such a change and that even if I accepted that would have to be after we come back from the tour. They where furious and in a very rough way three people arrived and later on the Manager On Duty who even requested the guards to not allow us to leave the hotel. Whole family was in shock. As I didnt want to expose them to something else I finally moved to a different room. This kind of reactions & lack of judgment is unnaceptable. Worst situation ever lived.
