Super beliggenhet med fantastisk service
Fint trestjerners hotell som ligger midt i gamlebyen. Utrolig hyggelig personale som alltid stod parate til å svare på spørsmål. Her skal jeg bo igjen. Anbefales på det sterkeste 🙂👍

Helt greit hotell midt i sentrum
Perfekt beliggehet - kun få skritt fra gågater, butikker, restauranter - og med togstasjon og de viktige serverdigheter innenfor gåavstand Rommet var veldig lite, og badet sikkert ett av de minste jeg har vært på - men alt var rimelig reint og fungerte greit. I helgen litt støy fra gata på sen kveld/tidlig natt - det hjalp godt å lukke vinduet God frokost og hjertelig service i resepsjonen.

Sentralt og bra!
Jeg er veldig fornøyd med hotellet. Med ett unntak: Beliggenheten er så sentral at det er en del støy fra nærliggende barer og restauranter på natta. Mange pratet høyt og livlig til langt på natt utenfor disse stedene. Og det var i desember. Rommet mitt var imidlertid godt lydisolert, så når jeg lukket igjen vinduet var ikke støyen et problem for meg. Men jeg kan forestille meg at støyen kan oppleves som problematisk for folk som har dårligere sovehjerte enn meg.

Sjarmerende hotell i Ravennas gamleby. Gangavstand til alle severdigheter (unntatt St.Apollinare in Classe, som ligger utenfor byen). Meget god og hyggelig service. God frokost. Rene og pene rom. Meget prisgunstig. I Italia kan 3-stjerners hoteller være så mangt; dette er blant de meget gode.

Er veldig fornøyd med servicen på hotellet. Vi trengte plutselig å være tre på rommet i tre netter i stedet for en. Det ordnet de uten problemer ! Veldig bra. beliggenhten er ypperlig. God frokost. Bodde på baksiden,litt kloakklukt.

Stayed one night following a cruise, en route to Venice. Quite a basic hotel, but ok for one night only. Would benefit from some improvements to decor and facilities, as the shower door didn’t close properly and toilet roll holder broken.

The location is very close to most major tourist sites. The rooms are clean. The staff are extremely helpful and good. The only problem is that the bathrooms are extremely small, and it was very difficult to use the shower. The shower head was not adjustable, and set at a lower position, making it difficult to take a shower. Moving around in the shower stall was difficult. Also, the AC did not work well and did not cool the room enough. Other space limitations were manageable.

Very pleasant hotel, extremely well located right at the center of Ravenna. Breakfast is very good, service is excellent. People who work at the hotel reception are very helpful and eager to provide information. Internet is rather slow in the rooms (in some parts of the hotel it is better). All in all, very recommended!

Hotel situato in pieno centro, a due passi dalla piazza principale e dalla zona pedonale con ristoranti e negozi.La stazione ferroviaria e' raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata di circa 10 minuti.Purtroppo la struttura e' molto datata.La stanza assegnataci era molto triste con mobili vecchi,il bagno con una vecchia vasca rovinata.Per fortuna ho soggiornato solo per una notte.La colazione e' essenziale.Il personale e' stato gentile.

Gentile Paola,la ringraziamo per il tempo che ci ha dedicato.L'hotel situato nel centro storico di Ravenna gode di una posizione favolosa e si trova a pochi passi dai monumenti principali. Sono previsti lavori di ristrutturazione già dal 2024
