Stay at a spacious, modern retreat in Ravenna, OH, designed for unforgettable group stays. Featuring 5 bedrooms, a private theater, indoor rock-climbing wall, fenced yard, and swim spa (transitioning to hot tub & sauna April 2026). Perfect for families, retreats, and Kent State visits. Located minutes from Ravenna and a short drive to Akron, Cleveland, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

We live just down the road and work on the property in our spare time. Our team handles the maintenance and management with as little interruption to guests as possible. Routine outdoor maintenance for the property is typically scheduled after 10 am for lawn, hot tub, firewood, etc. Hot tub maintenance is communicated with guests in advance.

Evergreen Retreat was thoughtfully designed for connection. With multiple living areas, entertainment zones, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, this Northeast Ohio vacation rental makes it easy for large groups to spend time together while still enjoying personal space.

Open Floor Plan: Two sets of French doors off the dining room seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor dining and living areas. The layout allows guests to easily flow from one space to another, with many smaller conversation areas designed to foster connection.

Evergreen Retreat is ideal for around 15 overnight guests. We provide all bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and hangers to ensure a comfortable stay.

- Bathroom: Full bathroom with grab bars located adjacent in the hallway for easy access.

Upper Level
- Primary Suite 2: King bed + twin memory foam rollaway (private ensuite full bath).

Lower Level
- Flex/Yoga Room: A versatile, quiet space that doubles as a private sleeping area with its own ensuite full bathroom.
- Additional Sleeping: 2 Extra memory foam twin rollaway beds available.

The chef’s kitchen is built for hosting, featuring a massive 12-foot island for prep and gathering.

- Appliances: Double ovens, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and hot water kettle.
- Cooking & Serving: Gas griddle, baking sheets, wine glasses, and a comprehensive collection of serving platters and bowls sized to accommodate the maximum guest count.
- Coffee Station: Fully stocked bar with drip brewer and K-Cup machine.
- Pantry: Stocked with spices, oils, flour, sugar, and baking staples.
- Extra Storage: A second full-size refrigerator is conveniently located in the laundry room, just outside the game room.
- Dining: Inside, gather around a custom 10-foot live-edge wood dining table. The French doors open directly onto the patio, making it easy to enjoy alfresco meals in the fresh air.

Traveling with little ones? We offer a Pack ’n play/travel crib, children’s books and toys, and children’s dinnerware. For safety, the home is equipped with outlet covers, smoke/CO alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.

- Guests have access to a full-size sports court for Pickleball, Basketball, and Tennis.
- Basic equipment is provided.
- Note: The sports court is shared with the neighboring property, ‘The Barn’.

- Evergreen Retreat is frequently chosen for family gatherings, retreat weekends, and graduation stays.
- Weddings: Due to the yard layout and uneven terrain, this property may not be suitable for weddings. For an unmatched event space, we recommend our neighboring property, The Barn or the combined listing, Evergreen Acres.
- All events must be pre-approved. Fees may apply.

🐶 Dog-Friendly
Dogs are welcome with prior approval ($150 for the first dog, $50 per additional dog). The fenced yard makes this an easy choice for pet owners.

Perfect for regional gatherings, we are positioned just 5 minutes off the I-80/Tollway—roughly 30 to 45 minutes from Akron and Cleveland, and within easy reach of Youngstown and Pittsburgh

ℹ️ Additional Notes
- Check-in: Private entrance with secure keypad self-check-in.
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay.
- EV Charger/RV: An EV charger (50A level 2 Universal charger; Tesla owners need to bring an adapter) or RV hookup may be available; please contact us for explanation and availability.
- Security: Exterior cameras monitor entry points.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy:
To ensure the home is properly prepared for each guest, late check-outs are not possible. Early check-ins are not available during the summer months. During the winter season, early check-in may be considered upon special request and is subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain the highest standards for every stay.
