«The room was clean and comfortable. The resort is pretty nice, always clean. Outside there isn’t much, so make sure you go there with the idea in mind of spending most of your time at the resort. All people are very nice and friendly. We had full board included but didn’t like the food. There was a lot, I guess is just personal preference especially if you travel with kids like us. «Very good stay. Room: 9/10. The bed was comfortable and chairs made the stay better. Bathroom on the smaller side but no universal plug next to the bed which causes issues with charging overnight. «We had a fantastic stay at Mughal Suites. Shadi and Diana checked us in and gave us a lovely suite. It was clean, the AC worked perfectly and we had a nice pool view. Diana called us to make sure everything was ok and let us know the name of the person who would be at the front desk after she left. "Extremely dirty carpet full of stains. Loud pounding music until 5.30 am because of night club on top floor. Could not sleep, had to change room. Receptionist not the genuine smile, but the “put on attitude” sorry, but really bad stay. "

"I had a pleasant experience, but with some caveats that potential guests should be aware of. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which contributed significantly to the overall positive feeling of my stay. However, one aspect that was less than ideal was the ongoing construction work in the vicinity. This was (partially) due to the development of a new casino nearby, which is projected to continue until 2027. Unfortunately, this information was not disclosed to us prior to booking, which was a bit of a disappointment. Despite the construction, the hotel itself maintained a comfortable environment. However, if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, it is worth asking about potential disturbances before finalizing your booking. When I complained about noise, the hotel promptly offered to switch rooms, which was a pleasant gesture."
