Booked through Expedia and was given a room where the deadbolt didn’t lock. When I book with Expedia or travel for the government or military, I’m regularly given the worst room in the hotel. Doors and/or windows that don’t lock are a safety issue. I told the front desk first thing in the morning (8:30am \-) and it still wasn’t fixed by 7:00pm. I had to tell them again. They did fix it but it took all day.

Great bed and wonderful fluffy towels. Sorry that bagles and bread were all gone by 7:45! So had ceteal and yogurt. No problem they were busy at breakfast time.

This was conveniently located. BUT, upon arrival, they had lost our reservation. And the front desk guy said "this happens all the time when you use a 3rd party reservation system" and other very derogatory comments about Expedia and other 3rd party systems. Pretty unprofessional considering I had never in at least a dozen years of using Expedia, had this issue. And without these 3rd party sites, many of these hotels would go less booked, honestly. THEN, they rented us a room anyway, gave us a key and the room was occupied!! Had to go back down and get a different room key - so AWKWARD! (Lucky the people in there were not "indisposed"!) The room we ended up in had two queens, when we had booked a king (tall husband), and there were whole-hand prints on the window, as well as kind of dirty bathroom walls. The area by the elevator is getting pretty worn/run down, too. Then breakfast was meh too. Eggs even had gluten in them ?!? so had not many options, and the milk was gone, so the woman working had to run to the store to get more! It was a bizarre experience. Overall, not a great experience. It was an easily accessible location, although NOT attached to Watiki like we had thought, so drove the wrong street initially.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and breakfast was warm and there was a good variety to choose from. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The only draw back was the slow internet speed. Otherwise was a great experience.

Was close to airport for an early morning flight. They had a to go breakfast who can was nice. Staff was friendly at checking in and it was very clean.

I like the location and felt safe. All was clean for me and breakfast was pretty good, Would be nice a microwave in the breakfast area for heating things up at the spot with breakfast items. All was pretty good.

Was nice and clean, hotel was busy but quiet. Lots of towels, the shampoos and lotions smelt so good. Breakfast was tasty, appreciate the fridge and microwave in the room. Windows opened which was nice to get some fresh air. Would stay again

Checkin was quick and easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Fast food around the motel and better choices are about a mile down the road at the mall. Room was perfect and clean with fridge and microwave. Big tv. The motel is a block off the interstate so very convenient if you are traveling
