Got charged for our booking, just to arrive and find out the entire hotel is shut down and not even open. Locked doors. Not a single vehicle in the parking lot.

you will need to speak to expedia directly as we have shut off the booking system for this hotel and it has been shut down for some time so no one is able to book any reservations at this property

Room floor and counter tops were very dirty. The floor were not vacuumed and counters were sticky and had old food crumbs. Simply was not cleaned. Bed was fine.

What a sketchy dump!
First, at the entrance of the hotel was a gauntlet of sketchy young people sitting around smoking. I guess they did not see the "no smoking" with 25 ft sign. Or probably just didnt care. This hotel has three floors, no elevator. Since I'm a few months out from knee replacement surgery, of course our room was on the third floor. The first room we were given: photos below. The beds were unmade and the cover of the ac was on the floor. We were offered another room, again on the third floor. As for breakfast, nothing was left, let alone replenished. The carpet was filthy throughout. To make matters worse, it just happened to be our anniversary and we we on a road trip. If it wasnt for the fact that it was late and nothing else was available close, we would have been out of there!

Scammers in hotel and Expedia Week paid in advance for 2 rooms I have paid for 2 rooms for a week and when the guys arrive in the morning it was no rooms available and the almost $ 1,600.00 went lost not really happy when you got robbed

We stayed two nights, the first room smelled so bad we asked to be moved the next morning. The second room was a bit better but was also smelly. Seemed to come from the A/C units. Breakfast was basically granola bars but the coffee was pretty decent. The staff were nice and accommodating.

Don’t believe the photos or the description!!!
Just needed a clean place to rest for the night while on the road & do a load of laundry. Laundry room was out of order. Place looks NOTHING like the photos. Hair all over bathroom floor. Musty odor. People who seem to live there are out front smoking always. Breakfast was wrapped sweets and granola bars. Definitely will not return here.

We apologize you did not enjoy your stay we try to ensure each guest is happy but as humans sometimes we do fall short. I am unaware of any musty odor as I do walk through the halls each day and I will most definitely speak with housekeeping about the hair. Unfortuantely with the economy the way it is people do not want to work but I assure you that we do the best that we can. I appreciate your feedback and I always encourage guest to speak with us as soon as an issue arrises so we may remedy it immediately, it sounds like we didnt get that chance here.

Do not stay
This was not a pleasant stay, the whole building smelt like it had water damage and each room was filthy, nothing was cleaned besides bedsheets. Carpet was ripped up, bugs flying through the broken screen, and paper thin comforter.

I apologize you did not enjoy your stay unfortunately we cannot please everyone. We have the thin blankets with accompanied air units that provide both heat and cool air as an attempt to appeal to everyone, so I'm sorry that wasnt accomodating for you. I always encourage guests to let us know as issues arrise so we may remedy it but it sounds like we didnt get that chance here. I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer.

Price was excellent. Breakfast was very limited juice machine was broken. Coffee was provided. Over all though I was a very good place to stay, very near many shopping places and dennys was next door as well as gas stations.

First room, air conditioner didn’t work, second room had mold in bathroom, white substance on carpet, beds were hard as a rock! Coffee wasn’t made, juice machine wasn’t working, nothing really for breakfast. Only thing nice was the price of the room!

The air conditioning did not work but the heat was stuck on so it was very hot in the room. After a long day on the road all we wanted to do was sleep but it was very hard to. Also only one of the keys worked and the breakfast juice machine was broken.

We apologize for any inconvenience, in general we do serve coffee. Unfortunately, we had a plumbing issue that we had to address on the side of the building in which the coffee pot fills. We do however provide coffee pots, coffee, and condiments in each room.

Absolute nightmare. Avoid at all costs.
This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. First, the receptionist was missing for 40 mins. The call number for help just rang the front desk where we were waiting which was vacant. Myself and 9 other guests waited together to check in. When the receptionist finally arrived she said that my hotels.com booking wasn't valid even though I had a confirmation email and a charge on my credit card. Then she proceeded to tell me that my credit card was invalid and I'd have to use another one. I explained that I already paid but she told me that wasn’t going to work and she needed to charge the room and an incidental fee. I gave her another business credit card that I had used earlier that day. She said that it came up as declined with a fraudulent alert. We try again and same issue. She suggests that I call hotels.com to cancel my booking so she can charge me again using another payment. I explain how that doesnt make sense since I already paid for the room and I need to use one of my business credit cards since its a work expense. She still tells me to cancel the room. I call hotels.com customer service and my bank. Hotels.com explains that what she is asking for isn't possible or necessary. My bank looks at the charge attempts and sees that she typed in the wrong expiration date six times which caused the alert on both my cards! Two hours later I finally get checked into the filthiest room in the most rude incompetent staffed hotel I've ever been.

We apologize that your experience was less than favorable. I would however, like to clarify that when you book 3rd party and prepay the reservation the 3rd party provides us their own card number instead of yours as you have already paid. We have been experiencing an issue with the expedia reservations not populating the correct room rate which they are currently working on fixing. When this happens the amount the card the 3rd party provides to us declines as its only authorized for a certain amount which as I said was incorrect. So in the interim we advise guests to cancel and get a refund through expedia and pay in the hotel, in doing this you also pay less than you originally would have. Also, when you are traveling after using a credit card through so many states, depending on the bank, some banks have a security feature to decline the card in case it was stolen. I always advise guests to let their bank know ahead of time they will be traveling to avoid any mishaps. Of course people are human and make mistakes, which we can all learn from. I apologize that you had this experience and we are working to resolve any and all issues on our end for the future. Best wishes, Abbigail-GM

Service was ok. The ladies were nice but cussed a lot. My 8yo nephew was with me. Went to our room and there was what looked to be dried up puke in the toilet, a bunch of hair in the bathtub, and even the bedding looked dirty. I don't think the housekeeper cleaned before us. All they did was restock. Security outside is also horrible. Someone was caught breaking into another person's car and my nephew saw some of the fist fighting that followed. We checked in Friday night and were woken up the next morning at like 5:40am to a false fire alarm. I'm not a picky person at all but at least make sure rooms are clean for guests.

I am so sorry you had this experience, I will be discussing the language with my desk staff as this is not appropriate. As far as the housekeeping issues I was not made aware of this and it is not acceptable, I would ask that in this instant we are immediately alerted so we may move rooms and address the person responsible. Either way it was an oversight on our part and we are progressively making changes to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. As far as the fire alarm we unfortunately had an issue with a pull station which we immediately had fixed the next day, but I understand it's very unpleasant to hear. When we are made aware of anything disturbances we do our best to address the situation immediately but we do have to weigh our safety as well in which we call the police. We have cameras and do everything within our power to address these things. Thankyou for your feedback.

The facility needs to be maintained better and it needs an update. You could tell that the staff did a good job of cleaning as best they could, but the carpet is worn out and dirty looking, and many other things need to be fixed or maintained better.

We are sorry you were dissatisfied with your stay, we are working towards sprucing things up but all good things do take time. We just recently put in all new linens as well as deep cleaned each room with care. We do have plans for new carpet this next winter and more to come! Exciting stuff!
