  • Dette 5-roms (pluss et køyeseng) + 2 bad hjem, er oppdatert, moderne stue med store områder for underholdning. 1 hovedsoverom med en king size-seng, 4 soverom med queen size-senger og et bonusrom med 2 full størrelse senger og køyesenger! Kjøkkenet er veldig stort, åpent konsept og har plass til 15 personer! Stuen som er åpen til kjøkkenet er også stor og har god plass. Kabel og Netflix er tilgjengelige sammen med WIFI-tilkobling. Det er en garasje tilgjengelig for bruk sammen med en stor parkeringsplass langs huset. Dette huset er veldig barnevennlig! Vaskerom og 2. komplett kjøkken er tilgjengelig for bruk i underetasjen! Dette er det perfekte huset for store grupper på ferie eller familiegjenforeninger! Det er et stort dekk (grill tilgjengelig) med sittegrupper, sammen med et stort hage med lekeapparater for barn, 2 trampoliner, en sandkasse og en basketballbane (halvbane) for å ha det moro. Kelly’s house was amazing for our family get away with 7 adults and 5 kids (ages 1-8). There are plenty of things to keep all the kids occupied.

This property is perfect for families! So much space!! The backyard and basement had so much for our kids to do. There was something for all ages in the backyard! Check in and out were so simple. The host genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay and make memories with your group!

We were 9 adults, 6 kids under 12. Fantastic house. From the moment you walk into a very clean house, surprise treats of candy and popcorn, to a kids play area in the back, an adult lounge area with hot tub, to the spacious indoor living room - all were great. Large bedrooms to accomodate all and a well stocked kitchen. The host ( Kelly) was very responsive to all of our questions, requests, and reactions to a minor issue we had. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars including a large van. Overall a fantastic week in Rapid City in large part due to the accomodations.

Great house for large families with children!

House had plenty of toys and activities to entertain all the kids which allowed the adults to relax and lounge on the deck with lots of seating! Definitely recommend!

Amazing house! So close to many of the attractions. Pretty sure the kids would have been happy just staying at the house, mainly because any time we went somewhere they asked when we were going back to the house! The backyard was a huge hit!! Host Kelly makes it so easy to stay there! Plenty of paper products which is so helpful with a group of 13! Not enough real silverware for all of us but found plasticware so that was handy! The living room fit all of us and plenty of comfy seating! Use of the garage helped us keep parking mostly off the street. This home really was one of the best we have stayed in for being kid friendly! Thanks Kelly!

This property is very spacious and clean! We were in town for a wedding being the parents of the groom. We had more than enough space to finish up wedding planning. The kids ages 10, 4, 2, 2 and 1 loved the huge backyard full of toys and activities along with all the extra space that the house provides. The property owner was available for questions and was able to send someone to fix a simple problem in a timely manner. Overall. Very happy with this property!

Family Gathering

We had a great time. The home was well prepared for our visit. We felt like we were home all week. The kids had a great in the fenced in yard and there were tons of things for them to play with. It is centrally located to tourist areas as well. We would highly recommend staying here .

Great family friendly property

This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed here with our kids and grandkids! The spacious backyard is perfect for kids of all ages! The inside was very clean and comfortable. Only wish is that it had one more bathroom since it sleeps so many people. It’s in a great location! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

FAMILY TRIP

This well-kept place was perfect for our family - 16 of us staying at this house. Ages 1-66. The bedroom count was perfect! The outdoor areas were awesome for our youngsters to play - they loved it. Location was also good for our group and would recommend for other large families.

Family Friendly Fun House

We came to stay at this home with 17 people, which included 7 kids from the ages of 6 months to 13 years. We loved the space, the toys and activities for the kids, including a sandbox, trampoline, basketball hoop, hot tub, play room, movies to watch, and a lot more. The host was wonderful, and willing to bring us something we couldn’t find but didn’t end up needing. Highly recommend this VRBO and we hope to use it again if we are in the area again.

Amazing stay!

Centrally located to all the stops we wanted to make. Lots of space! I have to admit I was worried when we pulled up, it looks pretty small. This house will surprise you. 14 of us stayed quite comfortably. An extra bathroom would have been nice, but it worked great. The large fenced in yard with activities for the kids was perfect. So many amenities!!!

Perfect Property For Families

Kelly’s home was a perfect home base for a sibling vacation with lots of kiddos ranging from 6-16. As a group of 12, we had plenty of space to gather, as well as separate a bit for down time if necessary. The home was well stocked with everything we might need, and the play areas for the kids as well as the 8-person hot tub meant we all looked forward to returning “home” after traveling all day to wind down. Kelly’s communication, prior to and during the trip was instantaneous, positive and helpful. My family actually discussed making this home the base for annual trips - there is so much to do in the area.

Fabulous House for Large or Small Groups!

Our Girl Scout troop of 14 pre-teens and 4 adults had an amazing time in the Black Hills, and a large part of that was waking up and coming home to Kelly's property! The home layout is just perfect for large groups and allows for some separation when needed. The outside area is huge with so many things to do, or to just sit back and relax. Kelly is very communicative, incredibly nice, and shows pride in this beautiful rental. The kitchen is well-stocked and the home is very clean. The adults on our trip agreed that we'd be back here in a heartbeat if we're in the area. Simply a dream vacation home! Thank you!

Family Vacation

Kelly's house is by far one of the best we have stayed at. We had a group of 20 and more than enough room and never felt cramped. There was more than enough to keep the kids busy and active after a day sightseeing, the backyard is amazing. The driveway was big enough for a 19 foot trailer and 4 vehicles. Kelly was quick to respond when the dishwasher broke and was quick to remedy the situation and had a new dishwasher installed within 2 days. Close to all there is to do in Rapid City and a short drive to everything else in the Black Hills. We will definitely look forward to staying again.

Family road trip

My Father wanted to take a motorcycle road trip to ride the Black Hills and see the sites. I found this listing which was perfect for the group we were planning. I had Family and friends come from Kentucky, Iowa, Colorado, Washington and Arizona. With plenty of entertaining space and lots of kids activities, it was the perfect VRBO for us. Property Manager was friendly and communicated very well. With the right Tetris skills, we were able to fit 2 trucks with trailers, 3 cars, and 8 motorcycles without overtaking the neighbors parking. Next time I plan a trip to that area, I will definitely attempt to rent here again.

Amazing house.... Amazing location!!!

We came too SD for our parents 50th anniversary. Loved the house. Had tons of amenities. You don't have to worry about bringing towels, toiletries, condiments, everything you could need they have. They have a washer and dryer so best part you don't have to bring a lot of clothes. Perfect place for the 15 of us ranging from ages 73 to 5 years. So much space. Beautiful back yard. Spacious deck and roomy hot tub. Location is perfect for everything you want to do in SD. House is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac. BONUS... it's about an hour and 45 minutes to devil's Tower in Wyoming. Loved it and would highly recommend it. Definitely would stay here again. PS.... There is a friendly.. Cute...cuddly neighborhood cat. That was a extra bonus!!!

A Home away from Home

The family could not have asked for a more comfortable place to stay while in Rapid City, SD. The ambiance gave each member the feeling the house was there just for them. All major appliances were in working order and the children had a great time in the backyard during their stay. The property manager was always available and prompt in returning correspondence when we had questions. I highly recommend the property if you are ever in the area.
