Secluded nature getaway house surrounded by 38 acres of pines and rolling fields in the Black Hills but located within 15-20 minutes of Rapid City and most of the major attractions from Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Rushmore Cave Adventure Park, etc. Only 5 minutes from Pine Haven Venue & Lodging (wedding and events).

This property is locally owned and managed by us, residents of Rapid City. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but we are readily available to answer any questions you may have. You can expect timely and personal responses directly from us.

Rural neighborhood with large acre lots adjacent to Black Hills National Forest

Guests will have full access to the house and the 38 acres of property with the exception of the two structures (workshop and storage barn).

Spacious 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath house with full sized living and dining areas which include seating for 10, foosball and air hockey tables and game table to play cards or board games.

This 38 acre property borders the Black Hills National Forest directly to the south. You may access the Black Hills NF by crossing the property barbed wire fence at your own risk.

IMPORTANT
The person making the reservation MUST be staying at the property for the duration.

HOUSE RULES:
Check In: After 4 pm
Check Out: by 11 am.


NO PETS
Due to owner/staff allergies, pets/animals are NOT allowed on the property, inside or out, at any time. Guests who bring pets/animals in violation of house rules will be financially responsible for all sanitization that is required post-stay to eliminate allergens.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking may result in $500 cleaning fee to deodorize home.

NO PARTIES
Parties are NOT permitted on the premises.

NO OFF-ROADING
NO off-roading with motorized vehicles on the property.

NO CAMPING OUT
NO overnight guests who are not included in the booking.

NO FIRE ARMS, NO HUNTING, NO PAINTBALL
The use of firearms or hunting equipment of any kind is NOT allowed anywhere on the property.

NO CAMP FIRES
No open fires anywhere on the property.

EATING/DRINKING
Please confine eating to the kitchen and patio eating areas.

SHOES
Please take your shoes off while in the house.
