«The bathroom was absolutely disgusting with hair all over the sink and shower. A dirty wash cloth on the sink and a used soap bar. There was pee all over the toilet seat. The front desk gave us some rags and cleaner to clean it up. Couldn’t use the shower because of how much tiny hairs were all over it and the drain. Hallway reeked of cigarettes. Will never ever stay here again.»

«The hotel is between 2 busy highways. Even with earplugs it was hard to sleep with the roar of traffic all night.
Breakfast was okay but no dark roast coffee (only decaf or light roast).
Overall, a disappointing stay for a Hampton and the premium price.»

«The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together.»
