The holiday apartment is located in Ramingstein, a small idyllic village in the beautiful holiday region Lungau and offers a perfect base for both winter and summer holidays.

In winter, the ski resorts of Katschberg-Aineck, Grosseck-Speiereck, Fanningberg and Obertauern in Salzburgerland, as well as Turracher Höhe and Kreischberg in Styria with a total of more than 300 km of slopes are within short driving distance, ideal for skiing, snowboarding and winter hiking.

In summer, enjoy hiking and cycling through the pristine mountain landscape, rafting or kayaking on the river Mur, and exploring the various picturesque villages in the area. On hot summer days, the holiday region Lungau offers numerous opportunities to take a refreshing dip. Not only the crystal-clear mountain lakes, but also the various public swimming pools in the region invite you to unforgettable swimming and water fun!
