Very neat hotel, friendly staff, quick service, hotel is well located close to the north gate, walkable distance from the temple. We took a four in one room, and it was very convenient. Has a parking for drivers, hotel food is reasonably good, not very expensive. In all recommend it for a clean fuss free stay.

What a horrible experience we had with this 3rd grade,dirty hotel. Bathroom filthy,no tissues. Lobby, restaurants all horrible. Did nit even accept credit card. Why expedia lusts such hotel?

The worst ever experience in a hotel
I would very strongly recommend against staying here. Just some of the shocks we experienced: - The staff repeatedly lied to us and ignored us as we spoke to them - The room didn't even have hot water or a real shower - The hotel doesn't allow guests to pay by card if the card is from outside of India (even though every other hotel we've been staying in allowed it without issue) - There was no effort made whatsoever to even help us when this happened - There was no cleaning of the rooms during our stay - Even the most basic of items we asked for (eg a small bag for our laundry) was met with vicious faces and rude remarks I would very very strongly advise against coming here. The room was highly overpriced and the repeated lying was so disappointing from a place supposedly offering a service. It has ruined our trip we were so looking forward to.

It is nicely located walking distance from the Temple. The food in the restaurant in the hotel was quite decent too.

Worst Hotel
Worst ever stay in any hotel. Staff is too arrogant. Whats hospitality they don't know, only making money. This hotel to be avoided in any circumstances circumstances.

Not clean, full of flies, surroundings are not clean. No wifi option, dining area is not at all clean. food surroundings are full of flies. I choose based on expedia reviewes, but it is not good. Not worth of money.

Cleanliness is not existant. Personnel in service are not trained either in hygiene or in etiquette. Their eagerness to serve was reasonable.
