This hotel experience was by far the worst in all my years. I am 71 yearold female and have traveled quite a bit in my lifetime.
They definitely do not care about their guest and management has to be made aware and accountable.
The lady at the reception desk tried her best so I don't blame her, she was minding the front desk plus the food supplies and obviously could not keep up because it was a very busy weekend.( so both morning there were many breakfast supplies missing)
In our room:
The iron was missing.
The hairdryer was not working.
The phone was not working.
The safe was not working ( I was told none of them work)
Our keys had to be reprogrammed after 1st day.
The sink faucet was leaking very badly, therefore there was water puddles all over the counter where you keep all your toiletries.
The one drawer in the room was not usable because it was obstructed.
Housekeeping did not touch the bed, it was as we left it and they only left one clean bath towel.
There were two of us in the room.
The toilet water tank in the bathroom was badly cracked and was kept together by some kind of thick glue.
Like I said I feel that the management should care more about their clients and should do a much better job on maintaining this property.
I will be pursuing this matter further and seek some form of compensation.
