I would not recommend nor would I be go back to this hotel. The hallway has a moldy smell to it, it may be the noticeable old carpet throughout the halls. Ppl smoke in their rooms and you can smell it coming through your own room. My card was charge 3 additional fees everyday I spent there, I spent 3 nights there after my first day I was charged $3.56; the lady at the desk said it was an overnight audit charge and it would be returned after checkout. The 2nd my card was charged $17.03; a different front desk woman stated this was for the amenities that I didn’t use. Only thing I used was the WiFi and they promote the WiFi is free. The last day I was there my card was charged $103.56; I still don’t know what this charge is for and I’ve been trying to contact them for an explanation. Because I checked out at 4am to catch my early flight, the two attendants at the front desk couldn’t explain to me why I was charged this fee and told me to call the property later in the day when a manager was on shift. It appears as if they have this issue often because upon going to the front desk about the first additional charge, I heard a previous customer on the phone inquiring about the charges she was told would be deposited back to her account which weren’t as of yet and the desk person told her upon check deposits are returned to the card and it’s a possibility the customers bank is delaying the return payment. If u stay here put the exact payment on a prepaid card!
