We made a reservation for two nights and then decided to go a day early so we had to make a separate reservation. (so we had two reservations for three nights) I received a phone call at 12:15 after the first night to inform us that since we hadn’t checked out of our room by 11 we would be charged $75. I tried to explain that we had two separate reservations for three nights. The young man very rudely told me that it had been explained that we would need to check out on the second day and it absolutely was not. I just assumed that after checking in the person would know we had another reservation that extended for two more nights. The young man I spoke with was just horrible. I explained I was there for a funeral and this was very upsetting. Finally, the manager called me back to apologize and took care of it for us. Surprised that a Hilton property would put us through something like that.
