Guest Access: While you have the whole house to yourself, two specific rooms on 1st floor and the garage are blocked off for owner storage and are not accessible to guests.
Privacy: These areas will remain locked throughout your stay to protect personal items, ensuring you have uninterrupted use of all other listed living spaces.

Safety Note: This home features an open-concept loft and ungated stairs overlooking the living area. Additionally, the property offers direct, unfenced access to the lake. The home is not child-proofed and may not be suitable for children under 13
Parking: Ample parking is available in the driveway; however, the garage is not available for guest use.
