BACKYARD

Your private backyard oasis features a private 6-person hot tub to soak & stargaze within. Please note that the hot tub cannot be used past 11 PM, in order to be respectful of our lovely neighbours.





LAUNDRY

This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.





PARKING

The driveway offers space for up to six (6) vehicles. Please note that the surrounding area does not allow for additional street parking space. In addition, parking a trailer or camper in the driveway is not allowed, as it is against the bylaws and strata regulations in the area.





ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.



CONSUMABLES

Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.





CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT

After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.



We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive away. If you want to recharge and relax look no further!



You won`t need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks then simply walk out the front door and you will fall in love with the area. If you want to go to the hot springs then a car is definitely recommended.



**Please note that the backyard hot tub cannot be used later than 11 PM in order to respect our lovely neighbours.**





To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.
