Welcome to Porter's Pier! This is a spacious and private 3000 sq ft ranch style lakefront home on 2 acres with large back deck, private dock, and 10/10 views! Roads are state maintained straight to the driveway making travel and towing a breeze.

There are no stairs to the lake from the house BUT the house is on a hill (see pictures) so the walk back from the firepit/dock is uphill.
There is a large metal building on the property that we actively use for woodworking. Guests will NOT be disturbed during their stay if we are working in the building. There is plenty of separation between the building and the home - think of it as another neighbor!
Speaking of neighbors, please be respectful of our community. Our neighbors are amazing. Also please abide by Pulaski County quiet hours of 10 PM to 7 AM.
