«What a wonderful property owned by lovely sisters. They go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need, are comfortable and answer all questions. They are absolutely lovely, and their hotel is beautiful. The breakfast that they make you personally to your liking is amazing. I love that the hotel is conveniently located to everything! We walked everywhere from our hotel. Cannot save enough great things about the hotel and the owners!!»

«Mr Hernandez, the owner and Blanco are very responsive to your needs. The breakfast is different everyday. They feature cuisine from different regions of Ecuador.
Hotel is in the name of the facility, but it does not have a front desk. Luckily, our driver knew how to contact the concierge thru an intercom. Clarity regarding check-in would be helpful.»

«El hotel es hermoso y muy bien ubicado. Lo único que mejoraría es que algunos cuartos pese a tener muy buen tamaño, tienen baños muy reducidos y sin ventana o flujo de aire. También creo que el desayuno podría ser más abundante. Pero si lo recomiendo!»
