Cycling, hiking, scootering, surfing, kitesurfing, wing surfing, sailing, fishing, and the beach will all be part of your vacation, in a rejuvenating and relaxing atmosphere.

On the first floor, you’ll find an indoor/outdoor patio, a laundry room with a shower for when you return from the beach, and a spacious entryway leading to the first floor.
On the first floor, you’ll find a beautiful open-concept living area with a living room, kitchen, and dining room, as well as a bedroom and a shower room with a toilet—all overlooking Belle-Île-en-Mer.
On the second floor, there is a lovely bedroom with a small desk and a crib, and another large bedroom featuring a double bed and two sofa beds. The space is completed by a large shower room with a toilet and a changing table. This light-filled space offers a nearly 360° view of the sea, with the morning sun rising over the island of Houat, the midday sun shining over Belle-Île-en-Mer, and the sunset over the island of Groix.
Whether you arrive by train via the "Tire-bouchon" route or by car (metered parking available in the village square), this 130-square-meter gem awaits you for your next stay.

Additional notes:
To ensure every guest’s comfort, we offer the freedom to choose whether or not to include additional services.

Regarding end-of-stay cleaning:
- Either the guest takes full responsibility for it: this includes removing the sheets from the beds, cleaning and disinfecting the restrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen (dishes washed and put away, trash emptied, coffee pod capsules removed, fridge cleaned...), vacuuming, and mopping. All cleaning equipment and supplies are located in the laundry room. A security deposit of 130 euros will be required upon signing the contract. It will be refunded within 10 days of the end of the stay if the cleaning requirements are met.
- Alternatively, the tenant may use our cleaning service for a flat fee of 130 euros to have the entire end-of-stay cleaning performed. Please note that this service never includes the kitchen area: washed and put-away dishes, emptied trash cans, removed coffee filter, clean refrigerator, etc. Feel free to contact us.

For linens, the renter has the following options:
- Bring your own linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and bath towels.
